Montana Decking was commissioned to remove and replace an existing timber deck at a residential property in Garstang. The project included:
- Full removal and disposal of the old timber deck
- Installation of a new pressure-treated timber substructure
- Supply and fitting of Ecodek Evolution capped composite decking (Two Grooved Edges + Square Edge)
- Fascia board finishing and matching colour frame
- Step access from garden gravel area
- Timber balustrade system retained and refreshed
- Installation of a new composite fence and matching garden gate
All materials, fixings, and delivery were provided to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
