1. Services
Montana Decking provides professional decking and outdoor joinery services. This includes the supply and installation of composite and timber decking, fencing, balustrades, and related landscaping work.
2. Quotes & Pricing
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
- Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure materials and confirm booking.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable).
- If work has begun, only unperformed labour may be considered for refund at our discretion.
4. Site Access & Delays
The customer is responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the site. Delays due to poor access, unsafe conditions, or weather may affect the project timeline. Montana Decking is not liable for such delays.
5. Liability
- We are not liable for damage caused by existing structural issues or ground conditions beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for future damage due to misuse, poor maintenance, or unauthorised alterations.
6. Warranty
All materials are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Labour is guaranteed for 12 months unless otherwise agreed in writing.
